Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by TeachAI ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Services

TeachAI provides AI model training and evaluation services through domain-specific human tutors. Our services include but are not limited to: coding tutoring, voice tutoring, image tutoring, video tutoring, model evaluation, RLHF data generation, and performance reporting.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Intellectual Property

• Your Content: You retain all rights to your AI models, training data, and proprietary materials shared with us. We claim no ownership over your intellectual property.
• Our Content: All content on the TeachAI website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by TeachAI or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• Deliverables: Evaluation reports, training data, and other deliverables produced during an engagement are owned by you upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information exchanged during the course of services. We execute Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with every client engagement. Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in the service agreement or statement of work executed between you and TeachAI. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month.

8. Trial Period

We may offer a trial period for new clients. During the trial, you receive full access to our services at no cost. At the end of the trial, you may choose to continue with a paid engagement or discontinue without obligation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeachAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services immediately if you breach these terms. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
